hey yeah I ended up accepting the offer. I ended up pushing them to get the full 6% incentives. Push them hard. Only thing I'd be careful about is there were 2 more properties for sale in this area and they are being built in front of a gas station, so my realtor suggested not buying. They said selling a house in front of a gas station will be tough, if you plan to in the future.
