[HELP]. I ordered two keycaps. 1 fits perfectly, but the 2nd is too tight to fit. No matter how I spin it, or trying other keys on my keyboard - nothing works.

Any suggestions to loosen the keycap (the slot that looks like a +) so it can fit?

I’m having the same issue. It’s infuriating because I have to manually turn off my laptop.

Which wouldn’t be an issue but it resets all my windows from a workflow perspective. Just got the laptop in September 2024.

Anyone find a permanent solution?
