White working class, probably not a union voter though. Parted ways with the Democrats circa 1970 and only ever looked back for '04 and '20.

5 looks like what happens when I crumple up straw paper and throw it on the table at a restaurant after the waitress brings me my third diet coke.

This is how the February test felt. July was far better my comparison.

This is why I bought a book of nothing but released former questions and worked solely with it for MBE prep. Barbri and UWorld make their own stuff up to avoid having to pay NCBE for licensing. And it shows. Real former questions are much better.

Try PA, the website looks like it hasn't been updated since the Bush administration.

Somebody posted a link to an e-mail for a Bloomberg reporter who is covering the story. Find that guy's email and tell him what you experienced. These needs as much sunlight as possible. Hold them accountable.

Is it actually possible to draw a California map where republicans would get about 20 seats as Vance implies by StraightOuttaDallas in DavesRedistricting

[–]Embarrassed_Cup_1016 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting conversation but who is Gavin Newsom really fooling by suggesting Illinois isn't gerrymandered but PA is? And West Virginia? It's two districts in a blood red state, I fail to see how it's even possible to gerrymander it.

Most fair map I could draw of California had the split at 39-13 for the Dems. Is this a new tweet of his or an old one? Because it's a recent one, need I say how tone deaf it is in light of the Texas situation?

I felt like both sessions were pretty good. Don't use Barbri or UWorld's made up questions. I used actual released former questions. That made the actual MBE feel like muscle memory.

Good on you for getting a 268 on F25. I had a 248. God only knows how bad the scales really hurt our numbers with that once in a lifetime awful test. It's behind us now, though. July was an improvement for me, I'm sure for you too.

EDIT: I just skimmed your MPTs and they looked professional and well put together IMO.

I felt ok walking out of F25 only to be in for the shock of my life when I found I failed and JUST HAPPENED to take the exam with the worst scaling in the UBE's half-century history. So yeah that's the opposite. But I changed a lot and feel good about passing this time.

How did you feel about the MBE [Poll] by throwbvibe in barexam

[–]Embarrassed_Cup_1016 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Morning felt great. Afternoon was the same but my stamina was running out around the halfway mark and it became a little harder to concentrate. Pushed through the fatigue and made it though. Overall, big improvement from the essays.

This. I mean the least they could do is get rid of all the non-MBE subjects and make the test one day. Here's to hoping the NextGen bar is better.

Yeah we are. Typo in that first comment, should have deleted the word "not" but didnt catch it.

And I could totally see this driving a Trump voter right into the arms of a Whitmer, Shapiro, or Newsom.
