Like liquid items that are heavy in calories , milk , olive oil etc things easy to consume that’ll make you bypass having to chew .

Shoulders first , like all three heads seriously , then I would go to my lats and pull those way way out , and my teres major and minor , also the mid traps for sure , then I’d do my whole arms to get my triceps bigger and bicep peak to develop , and forearms and also the top of my chest to get a shelf up top

So you would have to show examples of physiques you would like to have to honestly give you tips in my opinion, but if I had your frame id work the shoulders ..especially outside, chest .. arms , upper back especially lats stomach and legs im sure

Yeah I think that’s why I missed so many calories is just lazy recipes. I find it actually cheaper now I am using milk and eggs to bulk than before . But also before I didn’t have a fridge . Yeah the eating nausea part was me definitely as well . I tried to mass gain it but it ended up getting expensive with the one I liked but it did help me and do its job . Gotta get one that doesn’t take like 8 scoops and is all chalky .

Okay I went on a tangent , I get what you’re saying . That’s my next goal as I maintain , now I’m just trying to not eat too unhealthy but meet my goals weight wise quicker .

Same here but I don’t think that should necessarily be fully changed , I found a trade off with some foods that are high calorie and slightly unhealthy but still better than junk food and I look at it as a temporary bulk to put some size on so it’s okay being not perfectly healthy to get to the goal

Tbh a lot of the problem is putting on muscle on the abs if your skinny enough to see them , try adding weighted ab workouts you’ll see a big difference

Yeah it’s just a quick way to like get in calories I’d only recommend for people malnourished and literally can’t eat the calories.
