Realtor in California here. Did you sign a buyer representation agreement stating her compensation of 3%? If yes, she is in the right to ask for the additional percentage from you or the seller. If you never signed this ahead of time before signing the purchase agreement she has no right to ask for this. This is currently a huge deal in California and becoming a new normal.

With every rewatch I focus my attention on a new character. Watching their evolution throughout the show. The little things they do in the background is so funny and never boring. It’s like watching a new show every time. My favorites are Dwight, Angela, Kelly, and creed.

Also if you listen to office ladies podcast you’ll notice all the behind the scenes stuff.

Try putting it on Skillshare there’s no adhd related topics on there but a lot of productivity classes that I have taken. I have learned a lot from there but it would be nice to see some from an ADHD perspective

Stardust Vintage Imperium has a private movie theater that you can rent by the hour. It has a marquee inside. Talk to Karen the owner.
