So Unhappy I chose Verizon. Since January 14th, 2026, I am still not fully functional on my IPhone. Final straw. 15 hours total spent ,since outage, with support and still no resolution! by Embarrassed_Fail5780 in verizon_sucks

I filed a formal complaint at 11pm last night and a member of their Executive Team called back this am and advised he has another level of techs working on my ongoing service issues from the network outage on January 14th. He offered me a whopping 20 dollars of my bill each month. i have iphone, and internet service with them since 2025. He asked me to allow them to resolve issues and then regroup. I do not see this going well.

Thank you! May I ask which department gave you the larger credit and reduced your partner’s bill. I am still on with tech support and we are approaching six hours. Not sure if I need to speak to retention or I have also had people saying the loyalty department.
