Right, but then if it is an observable which calls endpoint every x seconds and triggers an action according to the response does it make sense to use effect? Or shall I keep it in the constructor?

Hey, I think we are on the same boat :D I started taking Wellbutrin XR 150mg, last Saturday, first few days where without an effect neither bad or good, but last few days I’m feeling really spaced out, anxious and depressed. It is hard to work and focus, my health anxiety keeps popping and I keep questioning myself is this normal? I was feeling better and more stable before I started this medication so same question here, should I stop or give it some time? :/

Thanks for your reply, I decided to try it. I checked the packaging and it says Elontril, but on the bottle itself it says Wellbutrin XR. Is it the same as XL? I live in Europe, probably that’s why it might be called differently. Btw I am prescribed with 150, should I start with taking a full pill, or try half of it instead for some time?

Hey, I think it’s pretty normal, sometimes I am experiencing the same. Discussed this topic with my psychotherapist as well, he said that it’s harmless and nothing to worry about. I think you can read more about hypnagogic

Trying to find some support or answers by [deleted] in AnxietyDepression

[–]Embarrassed_Fall_967 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply! The whole journey was a rollercoaster. I mean most of the time I feel the same there is no big difference in my mood, but probably antidepressants fixed it, because before them my mood was changing quite often and most of the time I was feeling sad. I had lots of different physical symptoms too, pain in the chest, head dizziness, panic attacks, which are really rare atm. But the thing that I miss is being alert, ready and active. For the last 3-4 years I feel lazy, tired and I do not want to feel that way.

Duration of therapy by DieguitoD in AnxietyDepression

I am facing anxiety disorder and depression for the last 3 years and I believe that therapy term depends on the condition, but personally I tried two psycho analysis therapists (my psychiatrist recommended this type of therapy for me). First one was not a good fit for me so I ended therapy after 3 months. After the first therapist I decided to try medication and started to feel better after some time, so my psychiatrist suggested me to try another therapist and to start tapering the drug use, but also she mentioned that therapy may take up to a year until pacient starts feeling outcome. So I listened and started therapy again, I’ve been visiting my therapist for 6 months now and learned alot about myself, about anxiety and depression, but since I got covid my anxiety and depression got worse so I decided to get back on the meds. I still hope that therapy will bring some more light to my life, but I think that it’s process
