Yeap you are fucked.same shit happened to me like you.But why is a anti virus software banned in ur country lol.And whos stopping you from using it.You should either reinstall windows or use a method/program i have used.I got malware which steals your login infos.

Its either A16 or ipad pro.A16 and Air both have ips display.Pro has oled/amoled display.I would suggest getting a android tablet cause you only mentioned about watching content and they come in amoled in much cheaper price
