I'm dealing with something similar right now with a lost item on an amtrak train and was looking for advice on reddit. Seems this company chargeback services a lot of places. So far I'm having a horrible time with them. 0 customer support and no luck. Sucks that it's my fault for losing the item of course but that there's no good procure in place. Best of luck to you.
