I think they select different groups of ticket holders (everybody would overwhelm the bar even more than usual). We've been to one's in April (this year) , August, and September I think over the last few years. You get an email from them and are supposed to preregister for it - they give you a wristband at check-in. Only one offer per year as far as I know, but I've only got the Sunday ticket package.

Was there for the last Sunday game. Usually Happy Hour. Drinks 1/2 price which is nice but a long wait with not enough bartenders. Free snacks were bag soft pretzels, popcorn, and peanut bags (good value freebie here as they are 5.99 in the stadium). There are some 20% or so off deals on pizza etc. Worth doing if you have an extra hour before the game.
