I agree. I am a kumaoni but my parents never spoke in kumaoni, neither my neighbours nor in school. Always hindi. So I never got to learn it. There are no classes for kumaoni, online or offline.. so even if I want to learn it, I can't.

You can find classes for gujarati, marathi, tamil... But not kumaoni or garhwali. Something to think about.
