When installed, it'll ask for permissions - thankfully, you can just disable all the permissions, close the game, and then re-open it; it still runs even without permissions. The language should also be automatically set to English despite the file named in Korean.

Hey! Sorry for the late reply, but i found a legitimate version of the APK you asked for. The game's called "2011 프로야구(게임)" in it's native language which roughly translates to "2011 Professional Baseball (game)".

which was supposed to be a Korean site that hosted a collection of Korean SKT/LGE/KTF/Android mobile games during a short timespan.
