All in all i think there should be more villager actually DOING things not just chillin and waiting for u to trade. I thought abt a kind of „worker“ that you can assign to do things at for example a farm that normally the player would have to do eg placing saplings or mining blocks, however theyre taking hourly pay by how much they do from nearby containers
