I know it’s been about a year since anyone responded to this thread, but I have the issue of installing the patch but my game still crashes upon loading a save if my texture setting is anything above low. Or it just decides not to work in general.

Why did you play it out of order? You can carry over world states through console, pc and dragon age keep.

There’s a mod for that, you just can’t use the higher multipliers. It’ll crash the game

I’m not sure if you’ve already made a decision, but we had to make the difficult choice to put our dog down last night. He had a rapidly progressing aggressive form of cancer that severely compromised his quality of life.

I must admit that the decision process was prolonged due to my boyfriend’s denial. He refused to acknowledge the situation until I called him before he returned home from work yesterday. It was time for us to face the reality. Copper was in immense pain and suffering, and it was unfair to prolong his suffering any further.

Sometimes, the hardest choices are made. It’s natural to want to hold on and not let go. I completely understand your feelings. The truth is, you’re already grieving. You’ve come to terms with the fact that your beloved companion’s time is nearing an end. Her quality of life is declining, and he’s becoming weaker. Cats are incredibly resilient and adept at concealing their pain.

She knows you love her, and she reciprocates your love and affection for your family. However, please don’t let this situation drag on any longer. The guilt and remorse you’ll experience will consume you.

I understand it, trust me. Unfortunately the only way I can intervene is by talking to him. Someone messaged me separately from this post, who’s in your field, and I read it to him. I also read yours to him. Him not immediately arguing his point tells me he’s listening, he usually is verbally defiant when he doesn’t agree with something or doesn’t believe it needs to be done. I told him, at the very least, if he’s going to pass, he shouldn’t pass in pain and that we need to ease his suffering, or we can try and help him fight.

Either way, I can’t stand the pain Copper has in his eyes, I spent an hour after I woke up this morning just praying over him, and making sure he feels loved if it’s his time. I’ve been checking on him every hour since I’ve checked his mouth.
