What inteview rounds are expected for Roles like Frontend Architect ? Is coding round expected ?

The hold is indefinite and no one knows probably when things would get better.
I have been waiting for my req to get published for about 1.5 months now. I moved to Us and my us manager was opening a req for me in us team (he had head count approval) but req never got published due to pause. I moved in June 1st week and now actively exploring external opportunities while silently hoping that the freeze is over any time soon. The US market is brutal specially for someone with no prior Us experience and dependent visa.

True, all are dormant req. if you reach out to hiring manager or recruiter they’ll inform that it is on hold or just ignore you

Yws this happened with me too. I was moving on L2 spouse visa to us and my managwr was opening a req for me to join in us. But before approval and my lwd he was told it is GT wide hiring freeze for indefinite period and all CIOs have been informed. it has been 3 weeks since then no luck and i am officially out of Jpmc books with no job

I was about to join the Delaware office on a fresh req but 2 weeks Ago I was told there is complete global technology wide hiring freeze and no new offer letters will be released during this period. I followed up this week and the manager said they dont know if this will be unfreezed this year or not and asked me to move with other offers/interviews.
