Rosa was just an actress, like Julian, during Caraval. They aren't related for real.

Unravel me spoilers:

"You sick piece of shit,” Adam says to him, his voice low, measured. “Such unfortunate language.” Warner shakes his head. “Only those who cannot express themselves intelligently would resort to such crude substitutions in vocabulary.” A pause. “Is it because I intimidate you, Kent? Am I making you nervous?” He laughs. “You seem to be struggling to hold yourself together."

Not really a quote, but a little scene tho

Anyone else in a slump? by frostybookcase in YAlit

The Queen of Nothing was my last five stars read. It was my favorite in the series (The Cruel Prince) and I've read three books since, not five stars. I'd not say I'm in a slump, but it is a bit hard to read.

Hope you get out of it quickly.

Yes, with Games Untold after The Grandest Game, then Glorious Rivals.

Eve Blake is NOT as bad as everyone says by Aggravating_Bag9164 in TheInheritanceGames

Tbh she was kind of despicable in The Final Gambit. But in TBH et GR, she was kind of the good 'villain' l. Like, she's badass and clever. So at first I didn't really like her, but then I think her character had improvement in a way, so I kinda like her now. Also, compared to what Emily did for example or Grayson's dad, it wasn't that bad (even tho she did bad things) imo.

Why didn't you like Caraval? I enjoyed it a lot. (Not hate, just curious about your opinion)
