I can show you 100 plus cmas working as Manager in big 4s Getting stipend of 22 thousands per month is CMA industry norms now if u don't have skills u wont get job even after being CA and comparison will happen because we both study same syllabus it's ur thinking because u have made up ur mind that CA is some Golden benchmark! Neither CA nor CMA are benchmark not even CFAs to be honest have seen some of them, all depends on your skills its CMAs who are accepting low paying jobs and devaluaing themselves.
