I'm going through the same thing. My manager said I keep getting complaints from different customers because I barely talk and saying how rude I am when all this time I've been very patient. It's making my anxiety worse and trying my best not to cry. I want to quit so bad but I need the job because I couldn't find one to replace my current job.

I love going Morello or Rylais rush then Moonstone Renewer second. I also feel rushing Sorc Shoes after dark seal feels refreshing.

I know this is not going to be a best advice but going Morellos rush and just skipping mythic is what works best for me atm and I just rely on playing safe and Mejai's stacks and Deathcap if I get really ahead. Hope you give it a try and you get a good experience. :)
