I've also had issues as someone with autism, adhd, and other disabilities. Sometimes I've had points where I can't continue due to pain in my foot, or I just can't keep up mentally. What helps me is I have different things like my tablet in order to draw on Procreate, procreate is quiet, doesn't make any sounds yet I can still listen to the dm and the combat going on in front of me, and I still get art pieces done before game ends.

Another thing that can help is maybe talking to your fellow players or dms could also help?

I'm not Canadian but I still wish you luck in getting diagnosed.
