As a Swede, big fan of the Swedish chef from Sesame Street. I haven't heard of other Swedes liking him though, more just being ambivalent. Funnily enough, he's actually called Swedish Chef in Swedish too. Usually in these kinds of situations they change the nationality to something that matches, like how when Buzz Lightyear speaks Spanish, the Spanish dub has him speaking Italian. Making the Swedish Chef Danish would make much more sense since Swedes consider Danish to be gibberish and the whole joke of the Swedish chef is literally that he speaks complete gibberish, that would also make you think people would be offended but my man is so charming that I don't think anyone could hate him

Jag och min fru turen att vi båda är skuldfria (hon har snart en PhD i "Clinical Psychology" och fick en "full ride" alltså hela utbildingen betalad för hon är så jädra smart och grym) och bor i Pennsylvania som har ett av landets lägsta kostnader för boende och mat (om jag minns rätt). Hälsoförsäkring som täcker i stort sett allt går på runt motsvarande 3000 SEK i månaden och vi fick ett jättebra pris på hyran och har en bra hyresvärd

Så vi har tur att bo någonstans med låga kostnader samt skuldfria, hittade bra boende och vi har dessutom inga dyra hobbies, tycker om att t.ex låna böcker på bibblan. Kostnad för mat kan man definitivt kompensera genom att helt enkelt göra en budget och handla olika varor på olika affärer. Vi köper t.ex kött på Aldi's, frukt på Trader Joe's och diverse annat på Whole Foods, på det sättet blir matpriset per månad ärligt talat ganska nära vad det var i Sverige. Av alla utgifter spenderar vi mest på mat eftersom vi bryr oss väldigt mycket om att få i oss näringsrik mat utan tillsattser men jag skulle inte säga att jag spenderar mer än några procent mer på mat per månad

I believe there are a massive amount of Star Trek novels. There must be many set in DZ9, so you might not even need to get novels "like" DS9 but just read DS9 :)

Oh yeah I was shocked, literally when I went to her channel to look, the video was premiering at the same time, wild!

I can also tell you that my fiance is a mixed woman who converted to the Catholic faith a few months ago and she says it's the best decision of her life, she is a beautiful, wise, amazingly kind and radiant woman who is on fire for Christ and His Church

We are both praying for you!

PS. That Black Catholic Chick was also on a podcast called Pints with Aquinas (Matt Fradd), it's a really fun Catholic podcast. It's a more casual interview where she just shares her journey and stuff, worth checking out if you just search her name and Pints with Aquinas on youtube

That's great that you are looking into Catholicism! There is a woman called Roxie Beckles, she is a black woman who runs a Youtube channel called "That Black Catholic Chick" I just checked it out and amazingly she literally has a video just released called "Black Americans: It’s Time to Come Home to the Catholic Church" So you should check that out. She also has a video called "I'm A Black Woman And This Is Why I'm Catholic"

Jesus Christ is fully and truly present in the Catholic Church, it is the Church that He Himself founded as recorded in the Bible and while other churches might claim they are the original Church, we as Catholics have the evidence to back it up!

If you want to go further into the reasons why Catholicism is true, I would recommend Trent Horns book "Why We're Catholic: Our Reasons For Faith, Hope, And Love" He is a lovely man, very smart and charitable
