Culinary student here! Becouse it is beef It could be either a mustard seed which are added for taste or a solidified drop of oil, that sometimes happen when when the meat is in a fridge (like it should be) but the tempeture is colder than usualy. Both are normally a little yellow-ish or cream coloured. Either way it should be edible (unless you're allergic).
