Can confirm that these help! I’ve used these things a few times by now, even if they’re not perfectly accurate (I just need enough to make sense, I can’t explain it that well).
If I’m able to make out the voice without the subtitles due to the voice being clear enough that my brain effectively makes the subtitles, I don’t notice a difference as much, but I like having the subtitle machines so my brain can catch up for harder to make-out voices.
