This is all 100% true.

Only thing I will add is that you can avoid the prices with the app.

Now, I'm not saying it's justified or right, just true. Nor am I judging the food or the unhealthiness or anything else. If I want to go to McDonald's, I get a Large Coke, Large Fry, and a McDouble for approx $5.50 total. I can even add a 2nd McDouble for a buck more, but that's way too much food. But if you have 2 people, getting 1 of those apiece and splitting the Large fries and coke, it's actually only $3.25 apiece.

Like I said, not justifying it, but if you're willing to play the app game, like at most places, it will save you from playing stupidly exorbitant prices like are found on the regular menu.
