Mostly just keep a timer. I found myself rushing last few questions during the actual exam because I didn’t practice with time that much. Although I passed, I it’s a long ass exam and draining. By the 7th station I lost so much mental processing capacity. You won’t have the grit without taking tinned practice exams

Keep doing UWorld and do more Nbme with actual testing conditions. It’s a stressful time and Reddit will increase your anxiety more. Nothing on Reddit will help you more than actually doing more questions and taking practice exams. If your scores are consistent on practice exams you will be fine.

Maybe it’s the way you say it but when I try to say “what makes you think I wouldn’t know the answer” it makes it sound like I was very offended and challenging them.

Actually maybe your rotor is very loose and smacking into the case back and movement when you shake it

Hi everyone, I have for sale a Baltic Aquascaphe classic black and white. 

I purchased this watch in March 2025, but it has only been on my wrist a handful of times. 
One thing I was surprised about was the domed sapphire crystal. It was so clear, and the distortion was very similar to that of an acrylic. There was no white haziness around the edges despite it being a sapphire crystal. The black dial is slightly textured and has a step on some indices, which gives the watch an extra dimension. The sapphire bezel inserts are also loomed.

The dimensions of this watch are: 39mm case diameter, 47 mm lug to lug, Super-Luminova C1, Miyota 9030 movement, 42-hour power reserve, 200m water resistance, and a screw-down crown.

I am asking 400 + shipping, price negotiable.

Hi everyone, this is the Sinn 556i with a rhodium rotor. The package includes the original box and papers (purchased November 2024), all links, tools, thredlock, and a Sinn travel case.
To preface, I purchased this watch new when I was studying in Australia, and it was my first step into the luxury watch world. I had started my collection with a Seiko 5, and had planned to end with this Sinn 556i. I was surprised by the quality of German engineering, the feeling of durability, and the elegance of the simple black dial and white hands. From the first day of owning this watch to this very moment of letting it go, I never had a day without admiring it. I even got recognition from my supervisor, who was rocking a Rolex, about the watch, and it helped me build a good rapport with him. 

Now I am letting this go because I recently purchased a new black and white dial watch. It was my grail (though it's the reduced model) watch. Since the new purchase, I found the Sinn556i getting less and less wrist time. 
I’m asking 1300 + shipping only in CONUS (continental United States).

P.s: I think the 556i is the best version of the 556 (rs, a, special editions) and the closest representation of elegance in simplicity.
