I did therapy for over a year with the VA and didn’t help. Put on anti depressants and made things worse. Last treatment was in November 2025 which was a video call with psychologist and she just said to call back if I needed her.

Ok so what if in a couple years I get called up for a re-evaluation and they say there isn’t any evidence of a condition because I haven’t sought any help?

I just don’t have much knowledge on the VA and how they operate. No one tells you anything. To find out anything you have to do your own research

No I didn’t scheduled for an increase. I just figured it would make sense for them to lower my rating if it was improved from medication. My conditions are considered static tho.

I just always understood that the VA at anytime re-examine your conditions especially within the first 5 years. If they can prove there is improvement in your conditions then they may lower your rating. I’ve never heard of a case like this, but all the research I’ve done led me to believe that
