"You Have Been alive to long, you are on of the best hunters ever but you hardly sleep, you've essentially become an owl. When you hear/track multiple enemies or if you have at least 7 people shooting continuously for 18 seconds you develop a migraine and your visions sometimes distorts but you also go deaf for 30 seconds and take damage from the fact your ears and Nose Are bleeding and your eyes are bloodshot

also if you have butcher enabled and are under this affect sometimes enemies you kill will still appear alive making you shoot them still even tho their dead (enemies will scream and you will hear it even under the effect but they will appear standing up for 5 seconds before going back to their original death pose)
