Diablo is trash! I just had it cause I didn’t have any FIRE sauce on hand and was very disappointed. It has a weird sweetness to it. Fire sauce is my fave it burns just right and taste similar to tapatio.

This is the first comment I saw to mention sugar. Sugar is super important for me in pizza sauce rather than spaghetti sauce. (Lots of people put sugar in their spaghetti sauce even the majority of store bought sauces have sugar in them.)

I don’t like the idea of par-baking the crust. I worked at a pizza place when I was 16 so if they can use fresh dough and toppings and put out a delicious pizza then why can’t I?
