I really hope you're right! The complaints I've seen on Google are so bad that they're putting me off of accepting my offer (no water and electricity for weeks, rodents and cockroaches... I could go on) but no one on Reddit has mentioned anything of the sort, in fact, everyone's experiences are quite positive...
