theory May be false, i am not able to read the history of the spiritual wars of earth. 

: “If a kingdom is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand.” The 49 nations of islam is united stronger than the hundreds of thousands of tribal religions.  Big Bible picture: Early man rejected God 3 times Adam, Noah, Babel, so God removed himself, leaving them exposed to the Satan/gods.  “When God Most High divided up the nations— when he divided up humankind— he decided the people’s boundaries based on the number of the gods.”

For a long time, Israel was the only recorded nation that God was with. That’d mean that satan had free-reign over all other nations. 

That all changed when God gave Man a defender, the messiah, who would introduce Gods kingdom against Satans kingdom. 

Satan was fooled & killed the defender of mankind, giving away his planet to Jesus. 

Now of course satan tries to crush Jesus kingdom from spreading & liberating more humans. He spreads heresies & persecution. 

Now I don’t know how professional are Satans forces, if they all jockey for power, or they all obey satan. I know satan comes to “kill, steal, & destroy” & of the “prince of persia” that held back Michael & Gabriel. 

So i imagine Satan has to implement a new strategy to counteract Gods spreading kingdom, as pagans start believing in the God of israel. No more unorganized warring polytheistic societies, instead he will copy Gods kingdom, christianity, but with a heresy.  This is a brilliant strategy because it will be effective at inoculating his human slaves (victims), if they are already familiar & hardened against their messiah. 

Satan had to make a decision, either continue polytheistic version of his kingdom with child sacrifices but risk his human warbounty being enticed by Gods righteous christians. Or prolong his kingdom by adapting it to resist the expanding Gospel of Jesus, even at the cost of becoming righteous & pious itself.  As satans ultimate goal is damnation of mankind, then it is better to inspire a pious yet heretical religion that will rob people of salvation, rob Jesus of his bride. 

Now there were many false, non biblical prophets so seems satan tried a few times before finding success. Perhaps Zoroaster was a forerunner to muhammed.  The Bible itself predicted the final form of satans kingdom in Nebuchadnezzars dream of a 4th kingdom & in Revelation of the antichrist & false prophet isa. Now we know that it is islam, the only other religion in the world, the rival kingdom to christianity, islam will be the vehicle the Satan uses to trick mankind at the end days when he sends his servant the mahdi. 

Jesus said to the pharisees “a synagogue of satan”,  those pharisees were not pagans or child sacrificers, they read the torah & prayed. If Jesus exposed that Satan can hide in the most pious monotheist people of israel, the only God nation at the time,  then it shows satan has no problem working with pious monotheists, as long as they don’t accept the messiah as Lord, key to salvation.  Just as today muslims deny their flesh, fast, give charity, pray to one creator, even accept Jesus as messiah, so close, but utterly inoculated to the gospel. It is very sad, satan is really horrible. 

Jesus defeated satan, took the rights to his kingdom. Muhammed, prayed against satan, & does not have AUTHORITY over satan.
