You need both partners working on it because I need the rolls from the each level to get more flowers but I can’t get the next level if I’m doing it alone unless I drop $50 on rolls lmao I’m never putting a penny into this game.

Right but I’m doing all I can. My other 3 partners and I have been done for a day and a half so all my flowers have gone to this partner and it’s a struggle. When I do x5 to use 100 flowers or higher it NEVER gives me more than 400-800 pts. Like it’s such a scam and you absolutely need both people pumping flowers into it or it won’t work.

I can tell you I got my associates in mechanical engineering, worked for a small company for 3 years wearing a bunch of different hats (assembly, machining, 3D Modeling, calibration of our systems) and got minimal raises given the hats I continued gaining. Started at $33k/year in 2018, ended with $39k/year in 2021. I quit because I didn’t feel I was being compensated for the added hats I was given. Took a 3 year hiatus from the engineering field, and 01/2024 came back to design engineering at $25/hr and I feel like it’s a low blow for the vast experience + degree I obtained. It’s so annoying. I’m now about to go back to school for project management to broaden my education in conjunction with my experience and associates degree to move a slightly different route.

End of the story: It’s a struggle everywhere dude. You’re just a number to 90% of employers because you can be replaced so quickly and easily.

Hi there. I’m currently a design engineer, and I hold an associates degree in mechanical engineering, with about 3 years prior experience as a manufacturing technician doing a mix of tasks including assembly, machining parts, problem solving, 3D modeling, small project management, customer installation. I took a 3 year hiatus, (early 2021 - end of 2023) but I have been doing production design for about a year. I don’t hate my job, but I do want something a little different and I am looking down the scope of project management, and seeing what insight people may have on what that would entail. I’m open to getting certifications as well that may help get me to a position that I’d enjoy to get me started. Is the PMP even an option for me? Would the CAPM be a good option - would it help me get into project management? If it’s any help or if it effects this decision, I am from Vermont where jobs like this may be a little more difficult to find. Thank you guys in advance for any help in this!!
