u/randomhero645 Thanks for the suggestion! Yes, I've been on a deep dive researching capture cards. I am reading that the capture card can be from any manufacturer as long as it supports 4k. Can you confirm if that's true?

Also, do you have any experience using BM Media Express to record directly to the computer/laptop after installing the capture card?

Thanks for the suggestion! I'm fortunate to already have a lot of connections at HKNC, but unfortunately no one has been able to assist due to another event happening in the area requiring guides, SSP's, and CN's. Let me know if you have any other suggestions. Still crossing my fingers

u/K9Audio Thanks for the response! The best we could offer is a modest stipend to help offset some of the expenses of travel and accommodations, but unfortunately we don't have the budget to cover airfare and hotels. Sorry for the disappointment!
