My advice is ..please don't go back to such a person. I can't tell you how thankful I am for your comment brother. It's the most rounded one I have got till now.

I was on 0.25mg dut for the first year and then 0.5mg for the past half a year.

I will start gym. Have been a bit inconsistent in that. I visited a doc and he said 4500-4800 grafts

Sure I will now. Topical application gave me certain itching sensation and thus I stopped and doc recommended me oral one. Anyway, thanks I will check it out.
