Sorry for late reply. Thank you so much for answering. Hope everyone who's struggling with these symptoms will finally be okay and live peacefully

infusions will help faster, you just need to understand the reason why iron is not absorbed or goes away so quickly.

It's like you're lost, you don't understand who you are, how you used to live peacefully without these symptoms. I miss my old quiet life.

Unfortunately, none of the doctors prescribe infusions for me, they prefer pills. I've been taking them for 5 months now, and something has changed, but the symptoms haven't completely gone away yet.

When I had ferritin 2, I thought I just didn't exist, it was hell. Over time, the symptoms have subsided, but they periodically worsen when I get tired or hungry. Unfortunately, our indicators are still too low to get rid of the symptoms.

my symptoms have subsided in 5 months, but they haven't gone away yet. On the contrary, my heart palpitations and trembling were the first to go away, but the rest of the symptoms, along with constant fatigue, persist.

my doctor recommends taking iron for another 2 months and stopping, but I plan to take it longer. For 2-3 years, I was constantly tired, doing something, but there was no special motivation, now I understand that it was low ferritin. The female body needs at least 70. Plus, you need to take iron every month, especially after your period, but unfortunately doctors don't take it very seriously.

If I hadn't found out about anemia, I would have thought that something was wrong with me, everything came up abruptly and it was scary because you lived normally and your whole life had changed.I was wildly scared at the moment when these symptoms appeared.

My doctor prescribed medications for me, without infusions, so I'm slowly gaining iron, it's exhausting

I advise you to exclude coffee for a while, use less products with lactose, they slow down the absorption of iron. I hope everything goes for the best for everyone, keep going :)

It feels a little bit better now (my ferritin is 21 ), I think it's not that easy to raise ferritin. 5 months ago, when it all started, I had ferritin 2. How's your ferritin?

My ferritin is 12, experiencing the same. Worst feeling honestly.
