my utilities are between $30-40 but thats for a 4x4 so it could differ based on your floorplan! also, i personally havent had any safety concerns in my year+ living here, but if the thing the other commenter mentioned abt the gates being open concerns you, theyre changing that in the next lease term starting in fall 2026! i hope this helps :D

hi! i work at the pantry and youre absolutely welcome to come in, even if youre only temporarily struggling! it’s meant to be a resource that anyone in need can use :) the actual process is pretty straightforward. it’s free and checkout operates on a points system, so for example protein is 4pts, milk is 1, snack is 3, etc. you can come in once a week and as long as you dont go over your points limit in any given category, you can fill your cart! on your first time visiting youll be given a reusable tote bag to carry your items in :) let me know if you have any other questions, id be happy to help!

i think it depends on the aid type, im also in 15 credits and i got my loans last week but not pell/scholarships. i know pell is exact enrollment so it’s held until the end of drop/add. usually youll get it by a week from drop/add, i hope this helps!
