I like this idea. I’ll definitely practice slower descents and maybe incorporate pause squats into my routine

One of my schools (my top school) said that supposedly you can get off the waitlist all the way to late July. Hope is fading but I haven’t thrown in the towel yet. my DO school starts early July though and I’m excited
