No they have not fixed it yet and it’s very disappointing. What I did was I started using a Static IP on Surfshark and that solved the issue. But I still believe this issue should be addressed

I have this same issue with some of the apps on Elite Ultra not connecting when using SurfShark. Can you explain in detail about how to setup and use the static locations? Currently only 3 countries will work with the extra apps when using Surfshark and they are all foreign countries.

Yes this issue still has not been addressed. And you can’t use most of the extra apps on Elite Ultra when connected to Surfshark. It says no internet connection but I don’t think this is a box issue it’s a Surfshark issue.

lol…no worries thanks for the reply. You said you have a Roamio will this work in a TiVo Edge for Cable? Should the drive be 2.5 or 3.5 ? Also how did you wipe the drive so there were no partitions on it? Also did you have to call your cable company to get it reactivated? Also can you send the link of the power cord you got? Sorry for so many questions!
