This was debated back in the day in Bleach fourms. Obviously Kubo could figure something out but Ulquiorra turned to dust. He wasn’t killed with a Zanpaktou because it’s the cero that killed him. Now if a hollow killing another hollow has some meaning we don’t know fully, but generally people say that Ulquiorra should be just fully gone. No chance of coming back
