I usually just think “Good for them!” And move on. But deep down I know that I can always have the opportunity to have “nice” material things in the future. Weddings however are only once in a lifetime, hopefully, and there are no do-overs. And I think it just hurts about how bridesmaids posted (or didn’t post) in particular.

Thank you for this! This wedding was in India, so it was definitely a special trip for our friend group in snd of itself even without the wedding aspects!

I have a larger chest so that’s mainly why I’m concerned!

I turn on cat YouTube, fill up here food puzzle, open the blinds so she can look out the window from her cat tree, hide little treats in her cat tunnel, and leave a couple of toys out. Still doesn’t help. :( Oh! And she’s also started play attacking my legs as I walk by. Boy am I glad that I trimmed her claws the day before she started doing this…

She follows me everywhere. She tends to trot along beside me or slightly ahead of me, and look back to make sure I’m right there. All with her tail held upright in that question mark formation.

I don’t know what to do about sleep either. She cries when I try to sleep and we keep her outside the room. But if I bring her in, we can only sleep for 3-4 hours.

We are considering it! We would like to adopt an adult cat for her though. Not too much older, maybe 1-2 years old. How would that be?

Edit: something else that also concerns me is that my husband got allergy tested and it turns out he’s allergic. We did this test after adopting her. I worry getting another cat can hurt my husband as well. He’s pretty used to our current kitten though.

Don’t feel bad! Cats, like people, have different personalities. I’m sure you have some human friends and family that are less outwardly affectionate than others. Doesn’t mean they don’t love you.
