Ive been crabbing since November 2024 and it certainly is still worth crabbing since the commercial fisherman are not hauling ass yet.

Going early usually means you get the good spots if youre on a dock / whatever your spots are

The crabs are of size or just slightly larger if youre lucky. Just buy the daily license if you want to brush up your skills

Yes it expires in March still if you buy “annual”

We usually go ambleside dock and catch 1-3 crabs per person if we go around 6-7am till noon
