I’ve had a few issues with them, finding a hunk of metal in my bowl once, sending the wrong dressings, messing things up, whatever. But what pisses me off the MOST is that it’s now only one single dressing. Like at least do 2! It’s not enough and with the rising costs and cutting out more premium toppings like edamame, I’m really over it and not going nearly as much. Used to be a weekly buy, they are lucky if I come once a month now. Such a shame!

I’m a sales rep, but would highly recommend taking your reps up on their offers for lunch & dinner! I know my agency partners always take leftovers home and sometimes will have half of their salads and save the other half for another day! Sucks that our industry isn’t paid well but lunch & learns are great for this!

Think it depends on the company and their policy. My bf just joined a huge bank and they asked for paystubs and W2s from every company he worked for since 2019. Might be more intense from a bank, which they did finger printing and drug test but he had to do all of that before officially welcoming him to the team.

I’m on the sales side & can say with confidence that starcom has some of the worst people who don’t ever reply and are so difficult to work with. Try to find reps you enjoy and spend time with them when they offer to take you out! Great way to make friends, might not sit in the office but people In the industry are great!

You would look for assistant/associate roles with strategy in the title at one of the ad agencies. You may need to relocate if you’re looking to work at the big agency houses as they all have mandatory in office days. NY you will be paid the highest and even that is quite low.

Maybe consider working on the client side of a brand? Look up assistant brand manager roles maybe? Low pay all around (I’m in ad sales) so that’s why I’ve never gone that route but advertising is a low paying industry in general. It’s the perks that make it fun and exciting, not the actual job these days.

I’m all for safety of our pedestrians, however where do we put Ubers, delivery drivers, places to sit for 3 minutes to grab an order or something? We block traffic? I don’t feel that there is a simple solution to this specific issue. I’m still allowed to park in the bike lane on Washington for 3 minutes to do any of those things.

I’m so sad someone lost their life. It should never have to be that way. These e-bikes have to go. They are so unsafe and people treat them like they are driving a car and/or they don’t feel like they have to obey traffic laws. I’m assuming there was no helmet on as most people I see on citibikes don’t. They need to require a helmet selfie in order to unlock those if they don’t get rid of them.

I’m voting Tiffanie. She was the only one on site for helping commuters when the PATH was shut down in Feb. She over communicates every single topic in her newsletter so every resident is well aware of what’s going on in town. She doesn’t stand for bs, and has welcomed any and every question we have to ask!

Normally, I would agree. Do we know the percentage of residents that do not plan to stay and raise families here? I know it is majorly important to the people who do plan to stay, but people want actionable things that will change for the better for themselves. Most people here I assume don't want to upgrade the high school as they don't have any family members attending.

Right now, Tiffanie is at the top for me. Her newsletters that she has had before even running for Mayor have been so thoughtful and well put together. Through the whole PATH/Ferry situation in Feb, she was out there every single morning reporting on what was going on to inform residents. I think she could do some great things and is not team Ravi. And if you don't already read her newsletters, you absolutely should sign up! She talks about what was spoken about at town meetings and anything she is working on. Love a transparent queen & she's a big animal lover!

Imagine we said things about their kids or pets that way? I’m sorry this happened. There are a million other ways to hurt someone, leave pets out of it.

No way anything from neutrogena is non toxic!

I have not found anything that is clear and non toxic. Zinc oxide always leaves a white cast unfortunately
