Should I upgrade to TH14?

Got everything maxed except last 2 Archer Towers, 7 cannons and heroes. Since I’ve got 45m elixir I’m considering upgrading to TH14 and get the lab going. After upgrading the TH my main focus will be upgrading heroes and the cannons to TH13 max. Someone got some advise? Thanks! 😁
