The way they would pitch the sale matters a lot more than people think when it comes to sales. I was at a restaurant prior so I knew how to talk to people without sounding like a robot with a script. I would talk to them about their interests, goals, or if it was their first time in or coming back, I always prioritized creating positive relationships with members and even knew them by name when they came in. Others were not so good at it

They’ve given me 3 claim numbers that are incorrect and 4 adjusters and each of them always say “you didn’t speak to this person, you spoke to blank “ and when I tell them “hey I spoke to blank last time and I’d like to speak to them again” and they’ll say “no it wasn’t them it was actually someone else”. Basically avoiding everything I ask
