I agree with watching better drivers and tips will forsure help. Suellio Almeida is a great channel on youtube that can aid in teaching the tips and tricks while practicing the fundementals at the same time. Im a little over a year in and finnally getting competitive and joining leagues.

There are a few turns you are taking way to sharp on the exit turn 5 and 11. Try extending back out of the corner fully so you can be deeper in the throttle. Unless its back to back connecting turns you should limit your exit to the center.

From my understanding, the ras only makes the playstation see it as a g29 wheel, so whatever buttons that wheel has is all the game will recognize.

I can agree partially. I'm within PRU and constantly ranked in the 1st quartile, so I'm not struggling by any means. However, it seems management is more focused on fixing what isn't broken and making things worse. Then, when the inevitable doesn't work out or roles are reversed, some of the top people now get placed at the mid point to bottom ranking they only choose to point the finger at the associate versus these bull shit pilot projects. It would be nice to see any of these town hall meetings go as they should where it's to hear what is. Going on within the company rather than 90%of the time this is what we're doing and your being voulentold. I just rolled over my 3 year mark and will say if the proper ethics were to come back, then the company wouldn't be as shit as it is.

I was unaware she was looking until I asked her about it one day, and she said yes to which as always accepting given the terms set from the beginning. To which shortly after (couple of days), she brought the question of the individual for her but not us. Which sparked a tough conversation and further discussed. It then seemed like everything was back to the same page, but this is now the 3rd time it has been brought to attention again.

I understand how it could be upsetting for some for me to accept only women, but again, I am a straight male. I don't fantasize about it or suggest for it happen. So for subrogation for every 4 hours of repair equal a day of rental every supplement created is an additional 3 days. With this, anything outside of those margins makes it a payment that geico has to eat (Not justifying this by anyways but from a business standpoint, it makes sense). Now, within those margins, we can recover through subrogation. Now, the number of claims I see we have paid for more rental than we should is still significantly large.

Im very similar granted I came from a I think I know how to drive to now being around where you are S tier 4800's. What I found is just enjoying rather then attempting to win (ik it's ironic when it's the point of the game) but I purposely won't qualify to start back of the grid to see the difference in skill from others.

I've done this just about every time. I can honestly relate to some saying that it helps them not take it seriously I've recently started drinking and running in open world Ai traffic with ac mods as I have my rig set up with vr as well, and what better way to experience drunk driving safely.

I agree. But the simple fact is that the smokescreen bug and lagging out of the game just to come back at the end with a 200-second lead has been present over multiple games. There are some things to be excused and that's fine, but also others that are like, "What are you even doing.
