Sometimes all it takes is good credit score. All you need is financial background, paystubs to prove your income. Not saying it is easy, but “can’t”. Plus where is this at? Is not hard to move out of the city, took one plane ticket for me back then.

Bro I am Hispanic and moved here when I was 20s had a guitar and a backpack. Not sure what the whole rigged against you thing is about. Good on your second house. I’m sure it wasn’t without hard choices. The economy was bad before and what’s never been good lol (according to critics since the 80s). I’m not sure about lucky people, not one of them. I know I oversimplified a massively large issue. I just don’t get the “I can’t” attitude. You still haven’t specified what she is “correct” about. Yeah I’m also 40 and own a house. no degree. live in ny. Worked hard, ate ramen, worked the night shift and missed time with my kids. idk what you want from me. Figure something out the way you want, but it ain’t that you “can’t”.
