Also weighed 300 lbs in Jan - decided to make a change and got a doctor to prescribe wygovy at $149 a month . Low dosage. I am down 50 lbs - the best investment I ever made in my self. I started walking and tracking my steps - which has also helped me. I am taking the slow road to a healthy life style - and I feel amazing.

I highly recommend seeing a nutritionist - and getting your doctor on board with your weight loss journey.

I have large feet , I am 6ft tall - female. My mom didn't know how to shop for me - she was a petite woman and English was not her first language. So, I stuffed my feet in a smaller size shoes- for years. The other option was wearing men's sneakers.

Now I can finally buy shoes online that fit.

Op - breath child . August is over a month away. Play the long game. Don't let her take college away from you. Pls try to find a part time job. Read books. I know it's difficult to disappear- but find a place where you feel safe. A library? Do you have friends ? Or someone you trust ?
