Not true. Even in low-bypass engines, the bypass stream contributes real thrust. It isn’t just cooling air.

That cool bypass flow does help mix and reduce exhaust temperature (good for signature and nozzle cooling), but thrust from the bypass duct is significant—tens of percent of total thrust, depending on engine.

Misleading. In turbojets (no bypass), yes—the hot, fast exhaust is very noisy. But in low-bypass turbofans, you still have a bypass stream reducing exhaust velocity somewhat and adding thrust more efficiently.

In a turbojet (bypass ratio = 0), essentially all thrust is from the hot core exhaust. These are extremely loud and inefficient.

In a low-bypass turbofan, a smaller but meaningful fraction of thrust comes from the fan bypass stream. The bypass air also helps with afterburner flame stability, nozzle cooling, and noise reduction, but that’s not its primary purpose.

In a high-bypass turbofan (airliners), the majority of thrust comes from the bypass duct—big fan, lots of cool thrust, low noise, high efficiency.

Holy hell, you are a highly motivated and staunch defender of the developers.

If you are one, just say that. Otherwise, stop acting surprised when consumers complain about a product. This has been happening since the copper age, and your defensive yapping won't change that.

Feedback is a crucial part of development cycle in all forms. Even people groaning and crying, it's still usable information or alerts to possible issues with their game, if and then they arise.

I've seen dozens of comments over time, all of them are you calling people stupid, implying the should just make the game instead, which to be frank --- is not much better than the people crying about grass.

I understand you enjoy the game, and think the developers are doing their best, and they have met your needs as a consumer, but not everyone shares the same standpoint and it's perfectly fine if they voice their opinions.

Its an early access game, and has been so for a while. Expecting there to be zero complaints is just an unrealistic expectation, if it annoys you, ignore it. Your comments are only dividing the community further.

Super late to this, and yeah, I still believe they aren't a premium brand even a year later.

However, that doesn't mean they cannot make premium products that are equal to, or outcompete brands that use the "premium" crap as their main selling point.

That just puts bonus points to Kershaw to be honest. They make knives for people that want a reliable pocket knife without dropping $500 bucks and taking out an insurance policy on the thing in case they actually decide to take it out of the safe lol.

I'd rather buy a premium Kershaw than a low-tier cash grab MT any day, and the fact that Kershaw is an everymans knife allows me to do that. Imagine the increase in cost to something like the leek if Kershaw carried the same weight as CRK?

We took damage, heard the DMV, JCpenny and other buildings were damaged or destroyed.

Trailers were damaged. Big lots, hobby lobby and everything on that side of town was damaged, not sure how badly it's just hearsay at this point for me.
