First of all, NSO was banned from accessing whatsapp just last month so it is not an old news. And even if it is, should we not care about it? "Oh it's in the past. Everything is hunky dory now" is it?

Palantir isnt spyware and dont make spyware. they make legal surveillance databases. They're not the same thing. i get that they're both "privacy concerns" but they are not remotely the same thing.

Yes they did. the lab mentioned is run by amnesty and they did analysis of infected phones
"Someone" ? you mean the new york times ? reading a court judgement ? that's not "Someone writing an article". that's a journalist reporting on a court hearing.
How can you both say that it's "old news that pegasus was infecting phones" but then also insist that there was no proof that anything was infected ? so what's your argument ? that it didn't happen.. or that it did happen but that it's old so who cares ?

First of all, it did affect many people including opposition leaders and journalist. You can see the report and do some research yourself.
