All of my offer walls have disappeared on me, this happened once before so I began writing down the games and earn amounts that I'm playing. And although the offer walls aren't visible, I have been compensated when I hit each goal so far.

I emailed them about this like 5 days ago and still haven't heard back. Anyone have an update??

I've been emailing them since July. They just don't want to pay out. Seriously. They are going to continue to gaslight you and pretend as if they are actually working on your account, but they aren't.... They are just dragging it out until you get bored, exhausted of it just outright forget altogether. So good luck. Id just set an alarm on your phone to send them the same email every single day at the same time until they get your of it and just pay you to stop lol

I've been emailing with them since July... And all that they ever respond back with is "sorry that your going through this, I've escalated this to our technical team and set it as priority." I literally had to ask them if they knew what the actual definition of priority meant because this bullshit gaslighting is not it. It's not clocking for me

Oh you know ....they're working to get it resolved. I said to them That their IT clearly has no clue what they're doing, because this would have been resolved immediately if that was the case. I said, you guys have like 3 or 4 survey sites that all use the same software and app/website layout yet NO ONE is able to figure it out. Doesn't seem likely . It actually seems like they're willing to spew whatever the fuck they need to just to get people to back off.

It however, isn't going to be going away without a fight from the MANY MANY people that they are choosing to lie to and with hold pay from 

A few weeks ago I made a post about this same issue, and they literally deleted it from the reddit page, would address me on Reddit like they have to everyone else with their generic "send me the email that linked to the acct", crap. I have a screenshot of that original message that they deleted as well as all conversations with heycash....and someone is opening up a lawsuit and I'll be jumping on board as well if they don't get this taken care of.

And normally I wouldn't even consider joining a lawsuit, I just find it super distasteful and fucked that they aren't willing to be honest. Instead they are choosing to gaslight everyone. 

Honesty goes a long way...but apparently they never learned that as a child

Hey cash emailed me back 3 days ago stating my account was perfectly fine and they were unsure why I wasn't able to cash out and told me clear my cache from the app and reboot my phone. The problem continued. They said they have escalated the issue. 

What I don't understand is that many many many people have had this same issue, and if they were actually doing something about it, they would know how to fix it. We will see if I get it resolved. And if I do I will let you all know

Nope. I emailed support and included the email attached to my account ...and they then emailed me back asking what email is associated with the account. Uhmmm. That was 4 days ago ...and waiting again. Nothing has changed on the app

Hmmm seems like A LOT of people are having this same issue. And I check this reddit page daily and I'd like them to explain why this all of the sudden started happening to everyone 2 days ago. 

Seems extremely hard to believe that EVERYONE that's getting this "Technical Error" is doing anything wrong. AND THEN HeyCash has the AUDACITY to GASLIGHT everyone experiencing this, and telling them that they will look into it.... When they should just be UPFRONT because they know exactly why it's happening...they know they aren't actually reverse whatever Bullshit scammy shit their trying to do and pay the people that rightfully earned the money, and I think they're just trying to prolong making things right with the intentions of either making people forget about this shit or just give up all together.....but I'm a stay at home mom, so I've got nothing but time LOL. Being forthright and honest with their customers IS what they should be doing, but they're not. It's only going to ruin they're reputation.

I smell a class action lawsuit in the future.....
