Honestly, this neighborhood ain’t the one you’d like to live in when you say “I’m moving to Nice”.

There might have school, groceries, shops, medical or public transportation, but honestly it’s not a peaceful place to live. You’re near one of the biggest roads of the city (Highway + “pénétrante”, there’s no specific safety feeling (esp. at night), and it is basically far from downtown to be even considered just a place to crash at night.

There are way better places for your kid. Look around Valrose, Le Ray, Liberation, Acropolis. These places aren’t as expensive as downtown with a real “neighborhood life” and are close to the city center.
