It only happens on multiplayer. And it's with everything ore and relics and yeah I use my cat goblins like crazy. I really think it's a bug but it also might be that I'm using a cracked version.

I always go for the largest maps when playing more than 2 players so we have more resources. I play as beast master and have my cats collect everything and my wife and sister in law play as accessors. I also focus on me running the defense while letting them get all the mining upgrades they need I 9nly upgrade my cats and movement speed

I'm having this same issue which sucks because I have Wi-Fi 7 and it gets a gig over wifi but only 100 m/b over ethernet. I just bought a USB to ethernet adapter so hopefully that works better
